At ShopTheAddison, we want you to love your home decor; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
