About the Designer:

Chef Björn Frantzén’s success is nothing short of phenomenal. After closing his two-star restaurant, he came back in full force with a new endeavor in his own name – and the stated goal of acquiring all three Michelin stars. Frantzén was awarded three stars, as the first and still only restaurant in Sweden, and in record time at that. In the time since, Björn Frantzén has branched out in Singapore – with Zén, also landing Guide Michelin’s highest rating – as well as London and Dubai.
